How It Works
We first hear from you and answer any questions you may have, we offer phone, Skype, email and in person consults. To book in we require a non refundable 10% deposit, this 10% is deducted from which ever package you select and the remaining balance payable anytime up until the 30 days before your Wedding. Once your deposit is paid and your contract is signed your booking is secured and we also have a form we get you to fill out which asks all the questions about your wedding we need to know which we get back off you a couple of weeks before your wedding, we then have a few phone conversations leading up to your wedding to go over all the final details about your big day.
After your wedding the editing takes approx 6 weeks (however can take up to an additional 6 in busy periods), your images are then uploaded to an online gallery for you to select your the images for printing and to go into your album, the online galleries also contain the full high resolution images where you can start downloading your wedding images as soon as your receive your gallery so you dont need to wait for your USB. After you have selected your album and print images, your images are sent of to the print lab for printing and we begin working on your album template which we work with you to get the perfect layout for your album. Once you are happy with your album template we send it off for printing which takes approx 4 weeks for printing. Once all your products arrive they are then packaged up and either posted out to you or picked up. Galleries contain anywhere from 300-1000 images depending which package you selected and the events that occur on the day.
Terms and Conditions
Due to the nature of the products there are no refunds on digital images or products. Willow and Rae Photography retains the copyrights to all images taken, you as the clients receive the full high resolution images where you have the rights to print, share, upload, in large etc as many times as your like we do not allow re-editing of our images. Not all images taken on the day are given, we go through and sort through the images and get rid of duplicates, blinking, unflattering etc images and we edit the best from the day we also do not give out the raw files.
